You can use Pastello Eyeliner as:

Kajal
Pastello can also be applied as kajal in the inner waterline of the eye to intensify the look. Light colors help make the eyes appear larger, while darker colors highlight their shape.

Basic
Apply Pastello all over the lid, uniform it by blending with a soft brush and then apply an eyeshadow of a similar or contrasting color by dabbing the color on the area.

Eyeliner
Line the upper lashline with Pastello, then use an eyeliner brush to drag the color in the tail to the outside of the eye for a perfect 60s flick.

Smokey Eyes
Define the lash line and crease with delicate strokes, then blend with a soft brush by pulling the color outwards and complete with an intermediate color powder eyeshadow.

Fix the Pastello line with a powder eyeshadow or a pinch of transparent face powder to prolong its hold.
