• daily face-body treatment: spread on cleansed, damp skin until completely absorbed;
• booster for creams: add a few drops to make them more nourishing and velvety;
• as shower oil: apply to face, body and lengths of wet and cleansed hair, rinse under water and remove the excess with a towel;
• prevention of stretch marks from pregnancy or weight changes: massage on the affected parts;
• as a scalp and hair mask, for flaky scalps or dry, dull hair: leave on for 30-60 minutes on washed and towel-dried scalp and hair, then proceed with delicate cleansing;
